This ring is a wonderful alternative to other, much pricier rings. It was super easy to set up and download the app and immediately started tracking my steps, sleeps, oxygen, blood pressure, etc. I’ve compared the step counter, heat rate, and calorie count to my fitness watch and it’s almost identical to it each time I check. I’m thoroughly impressed by this beautiful ring and would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something affordable, stylish, and accurate.

The charge lasts for 3 days of continuous wear, and charging is easy in its own case. No need for a separate cord in addition to my usual cords. This ring does sleep tracking well, providing a graph showing awake time, light sleep, deep sleep, and REM sleep. The ring tracks heart rate and blood oxygen, plus blood pressure, giving me everything I want to know. It’s light and wears like any ordinary ring, not affected by hand washing or showering.
